Wake up. Go to the bathroom. Weigh yourself. Put your weight for the day into your calorie counting app. Drink the fucking water. Drink ALL the fucking water. Take your medication. Get your ass into gear. You have work/school to do today. Ignore your stomach. Drink more water. It hasn’t been 16-24 hours yet since you ate. If it’s THAT fucking bad then have some tea. Add a slice of lemon and honey if necessary. There, practically full. You can eat when you get off from fucking work. But you HAVE to eat something that is 600-700 calories only. Eat just late enough to where you won’t be tempted to snack. You’ll still be hungry-ish, but just think of your weight when you wake up. This is a deficit. This is not a super quick thing that happens over night. You have to fucking WORK for it. So get off your fucking ass and do it. Get to work. Drink the fucking water. Ignore food temptations. You’ve come this far, now don’t fuck it up. You can do this.

One of my personal thinspirations

All the other women in my family besides my mom has an issue with belly weight. Most of them drink beer pretty damn heavily so all that alcohol and food just sits there and the fat increases. They have droopy bellies and their tummies show a lot when they walk. Thighs and butt doesn’t bother me a lot, but belly fat really does because I don’t wanna be part of this family trend.


So by Christmas I hope to lose more of my own belly fat through calorie deficits, lots of water, and fasting for 16 hours/a day here and there. I would love my bitchy aunt in particular to bring up my lack of belly fat while she shovels in a good 5000 calories or so and downs a lot of alcohol. I also want to be able to look good next to my younger cousin who is much taller than me and got a lot of ideal ‘model’ genes. Me being short has always made weight gain prominent and I’m wanting to put an end to it.
